Your hosts

Rohan grew up in the house his grandfather built the old way — stone below, deodar above. Meera came to the valley for one summer and stayed. We opened two rooms to friends of friends, and now there are five. We still cook every meal ourselves: rajmah from our own field when the season allows, rotis off the tawa, trout when someone has been lucky at the river. We'll meet you at the bus stand if you like, point you to the right trail, and leave you alone when you'd rather read on the porch.
